Around the home
In the early stages of the Marshall Protocol, patients are advised to limit their indoor light levels to less than 30 lux. This can generally be achieved by near to complete blocking out of windows and using very low wattage room lighting.
The cheapest, though not the prettiest, solution to blocking out external window light is two or more layers of black plastic. A slightly more attractive and more expensive solution is to make up special purpose curtains from plain blockout curtain material, available from specialist curtain shops such as Spotlight ( http://www.spotlight.com.au/store_locator )
